The Big Web Framework Showdown

Too much choice! In a popular TedTalk by Psychologist Barry Schwartz "takes aim at a central tenet of western societies: freedom of choice. In Schwartz's estimation, choice has made us not freer but more paralyzed, not happier but more dissatisfied." A choice that many us web developers sometimes agonize over is what web framework to use? Instead of getting into heated arguments about which is better, let's look at it this way: they all can do pretty much the same thing and a user is not going to notice the difference. Aside from building massive websites that are at the extremes of our industries ability to scale, I'd say any odd web framework can support your stream of users.

So what criteria should we make our decisions on? By yours of course.
